Staff development and well-being are hugely important to us.

For any member of staff that joins us, we offer a huge amount of support in the development of their careers. We take pride in the fact that, as a school, a large number of staff move on to promoted positions.

There are a range of internal and external CPD opportunities available to our staff. For newly qualified teachers, we ensure they are supported through their induction year with their own personal mentor. We also give the opportunity for graduates to train with us the West Essex School Direct Partnership. A number of trainees are now fully qualified teachers working at the school.
